All kits will ship via USPS Medium Flatrate box at a cost of $11.95 to anywhere in the United States. Because of the weight of the total kits and the Relief packs, I feel this is the best option. Delivery confirmation is included, and insurance will be added at your request for an additional charge.
Please keep in mind, that as most items are handmade by me, custom items will take longer to ship. I will always notify you by email when your order has shipped.
For ordering multiple kits simply contact me after you finalize your order and I will adjust your shipping either by a refund, or sending an invoice through Pay-pal
Cooling scarves can be added to any kit without an additional shipping charge, or ship at $1.00 for the first scarf, and $.50 for each additional scarf up to $4.50, then scarves will ship in a Flatrate envelope or Small Flatrate box for $4.95. I can fit up to 30 scarves in a Small Flat rate box.
Relief packs have a Flatrate shipping charge of $4.95 for 1, or you will be invoiced for any additional shipping on multiple packs

Returns and Exchanges;
If you are unhappy with your products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for a refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item has been purchased as a gift and needs to be returned after the 30 day time limit please contact m to work something out. I stand behind my products, and want to offer the best that I can.

Full Payment for custom orders is required up front. No refunds on approved personalized merchandise. I will communicate openly with you during the design process to make sure you are completely happy with the idea before the actual design is completed. You will receive pictures via email of your finished product for approval before it is shipped. I will not ship your product until I know you are happy with it.
